Boring Update :)

Blah. Hello world. I must apologize for the lack of blogging up in here. I have just not felt like myself lately. I feel like death all the time and so very tired. I miss a few certain people very much and it makes me sad a lot of the time. So yeah, I haven’t made blogging a priority between the millions of photo shoots and orders I’ve been wading through. Lets hope I can find a way to slap on my big girl pants and get control of life soon. :) Because my to do list is getting out of control. Now for the updates:

Potty Training
I was accused of leaving you with a cliff-hanger of a blog post after the potty training one; I must admit, I was flattered. Most of the time, I think I’m the only one who reads my blog, which is fine because I love looking through the old stuff. But still it’s nice to know someone else reads it. Wow. Sidetrack. Anyway, I did the one thing I swore I wouldn’t do with potty training: Stop once we started.

Traegan hated it. It was traumatizing. He did manage to pee in the potty the day after that post too, but it totally freaked him out.

I did some more research and found an article in a Parenting magazine that led me do believe that he was just simply not ready. He hasn’t hit any of the “milestones” for being ready to potty train and that weekend we tackled the huge project of paining Avy’s room so by default, it just kind of went away.

We left the treats in the bathroom and he still asks for them all the time, I think when I say “Those are your potty treats. Do you want to sit on the potty and have one?” and he doesn’t run away screaming we will try again…

Giant Pumpkin

These pictures are from October 3rd. Mom fail. There is a bank here that every year has a giant pumpkin in their lobby. We went to visit it this year for the first time. The thing weighs 1174 pounds. Re-donk-ulous!

Trae loved it. Pumpkin is a word we have been working hard to learn and he’s finally got it. This one was quite exciting.

I love his hair so much. It is crazy. It does it's own thing all the time and it's always fun.

Anniversary
Josh and I’s 4 Year Anniversary is this next week. Crazy sauce. How did that happen? Anyway, this weekend we had a lovely night away and date courtesy of Cache Valley Getaway (you should click here and check this out, it’s a good deal) and my mom and dad the babysitters. We had a great time getting away for a minute and remembering that we are more than just parents.

Josh is my rock; especially lately with me being more than a little emotional and hormonal. I don’t know what I would do without him. He is by far my best friend and so incredibly patient. I can’t imagine my life with anyone else. Best. Husband. Ever! (Honey, if you read this, I love you forever and for always)!

And that is life as of lately. The end. Now I’m off to accomplish something.
